A road accident in Bolivia killed at least 13 people and injured 3 others.

A truck collided with a minivan, killing 13 people and injuring 3. The truck driver fled the scene of the accident. The accident occurred in the Andes Mountains and the collision was head-on. The three injured people were taken to hospital. This is one of the worst road accidents in Bolivia, where around 1,400 people lose their lives every year.
