Authorities in Germany and Spain have issued arrest warrants for seven members of the hacker group NoName057(16), accused of cyber attacks against critical infrastructure and companies. The international operation, coordinated with the help of Europol, included searches in several countries and the group used Telegram to recruit volunteers for DDoS attacks. European authorities are concerned about hybrid threats from Russia amid the war in Ukraine.
