A precious metals refinery in Lyon, France, was attacked by armed individuals who used explosives to break into the Pourquery laboratory.

The incident took place in broad daylight, and the attackers initially managed to escape with a vehicle. The police intervened quickly, and six suspects were arrested, with the loot being recovered. The attackers, armed with long firearms, were filmed as they exited the building, and the authorities mobilized intervention teams to manage the situation.

The Minister of Internal Affairs, Laurent Nuñez, confirmed the arrests and praised the rapid response of the law enforcement forces. It appears that four of the suspects had previously attempted to rob the laboratory but had failed.
