Jewish passengers on an Iberia flight were given tables with "Free Palestine" written on them, an incident considered anti-Semitic by DAIA.

During flight IB0102 from Buenos Aires to Madrid, Jewish passengers who had ordered kosher meals were handed plates with the message "Free Palestine". The delegation of the Association of Argentine Israelis (DAIA) denounced the incident as a serious act of anti-Semitism. Iberia confirmed the incident and launched an investigation, stressing that such behavior is unacceptable. The plane's captain apologized personally to the passengers affected. This is not the first time Jewish passengers have been involved in controversial incidents on Spanish airlines.
