A couple, Simone Solazzo and Anne Leijdekkers, managed to build a tiny house in the Netherlands with the help of ChatGPT, despite their lack of experience in construction. Starting with planning in 2024, they used AI to obtain information and advice, but found that it was not always reliable.

Although ChatGPT helped them organize materials and manage costs, they realized that the information provided was often incorrect. The couple also sought the help of an architect and family to ensure the accuracy of the work. Anne and Simone emphasized the importance of combining artificial intelligence with human experience in the construction process, concluding that while AI can be helpful, it cannot replace human expertise.
