According to the INSCOP Barometer conducted in April, 80.7% of Romanians believe that success in life can be achieved through hard work, without depending on connections or favors. Only 18.2% oppose this idea.

The director of INSCOP, Remus Ștefureac, emphasizes the importance of healthy relationships in the entrepreneurial environment, suggesting that we should teach children to acquire and develop these skills. Regarding the dilemma between being resourceful and being honest, the survey results show a nearly equal split: 48.2% believe that resourcefulness is more important, while 49.5% support the opposite. The data was collected between April 1-7, 2026, from a sample of 1100 people, representative of the population of Romania. The maximum margin of error is ± 3%, with a confidence level of 95%.
