The National Health Insurance House (CNAS) has submitted for public debate a draft order that includes the modifications to the healthcare system agreed upon following negotiations with doctors. The project aims to amend the Methodological Norms for the application of Government Decision no. 521/2023, regulating the conditions for providing medical assistance, medications, and medical devices.
Among the novelties are updated values for primary medical assistance, with secondary work points having a minimum schedule of 5 hours per week. Additionally, contracts for paraclinical medical services with mobile structures from hospitals are regulated, and a positive adjustment coefficient is offered for public providers. In hospital medical assistance, contracts with private providers are allowed within a set percentage limit. The modifications also include penalties for non-compliance with obligations, in accordance with Law no. 163/2025.
