The analysis of online search trends in Romania for the last 24 hours reflects a pronounced interest of the Romanian public for international and local sporting events, but also for public personalities, entertainment and current events.
In sport, the Paris 2024 Olympic Games dominate the public's interest, with several searches being related to the performance of athletes at the event. The most notable searches include names such as Noah Lyles, gold medal winner in the 100-meter dash, and Novak Djokovic, who won gold in tennis. Searches for Bianca Ghelber and her qualification to the hammer throw final also indicate interest in Romania's Olympic representatives. Football caught the eye with the CFR Cluj - "U" Cluj match, a match of interest due to the regional rivalry, which ended in a surprise victory for "U" Cluj.
