A tornado is defined as a violent movement of air, in the form of a vertical funnel, descending from a cumulonimbus cloud. The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) issued a nowcasting orange code warning for snow and winds with speeds of up to 120 km/h in four counties, and a warning for rain and storms is in effect for much of the country.
