<p>The number of Romanians in the diaspora who voted in the second round of the presidential elections by 2pm is 66,805, compared to the 38,454 Romanians who voted in the first round at the same time on the same day. Voting in the diaspora will take place over three days, from Friday until Sunday at 9 p.m. Romanian time.
