<p>270,322 Romanians in the Diaspora voted in the second round of the presidential elections on Saturday, by 11am, compared to 143,781 Romanians who voted in the first round on the same day and time. The top countries where the Diaspora has already voted are the United Kingdom, Italy and Moldova. Voting in the Diaspora will take place over three days, starting on Friday and ending on Sunday at 9 pm Romanian time, at the same time as the voting in the country.
