Recent analysis shows that Bucharest and Cluj have the highest net salaries, around 6,749 lei and 6,335 lei, respectively, while in counties like Vrancea, Vâlcea, and Vaslui, salaries are around 4,000 lei. Technical jobs without a university degree offer attractive incomes, and in the IT sector, salaries can reach 35,000 lei for top positions. Young people prefer flexibility and growth opportunities, which changes the dynamics of the labor market. The recruitment duration has extended, indicating tensions in the labor market.
