Victor Pinchuk, the Ukrainian billionaire and the second richest man in Ukraine, has made a major transaction in Romania by acquiring the ArcelorMittal tubular products factory in Roman. This factory, which has over 300 employees, is part of the Interpipe group, one of the largest global producers of pipes for oil.

The transaction underscores Pinchuk's strategy to expand his business in the industrial sector and to strengthen his influence in the European oil market. Additional details about this acquisition can be found on Profit.ro.
