The US has lifted restrictions on EDA software exports to China, including Synopsys, Cadence and Siemens, as part of a framework agreed with Beijing. It follows concessions from China on rare earth exports. Earlier restrictive measures were imposed in response to China's suspension of exports of essential materials.
