Donald Trump has said he will send letters to trade partners to inform them of punitive tariffs as negotiations enter the final phase. These letters will set tariff rates of 20-30% for 10 countries before the tariffs return on July 9. Although Trump's advisers have promised 90 agreements in 90 days, experts are skeptical of achieving that goal, given the complexity of trade negotiations.
