The regulation project approved by ASF aims to simplify and standardize the authorization procedure for collective investment bodies in securities (CIBS). It reduces the time required for the preparation of incorporation documents and introduces a standardized format for company contracts and issuance prospectuses. Additionally, it removes the obligation for investors to hold at least one unit of the fund, facilitating the subscription process. The project improves the transparency of reporting and the efficiency of supervision, contributing to the development of the capital market in Romania.
