The Minister of Investments and European Projects, Dragoș Pîslaru, announced on Monday that Romania will receive the full payment request 4 from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), amounting to 2.62 billion euros. This news comes after the confirmation of meeting the necessary milestones for this request.

Pîslaru emphasized that Romania has obtained a clean payment request, which represents an important step in the implementation of financial projects. Additionally, the minister mentioned that Romania has completed negotiations with Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland to obtain additional funding of nearly half a billion euros, a significant progress considering that negotiations were stalled upon the arrival of the Bolojan Government.

These achievements underline Romania's commitment to attracting European funds and developing essential projects for the country.
