Ten renewable energy companies have won a case against Romania at the World Bank's arbitration tribunal. The dispute stemmed from legislative changes in 2013-2014 and 2017-2018 that affected the companies' investments. They initially sought damages of €142.7 million, and the Arbitral Tribunal ruled in their favor.
