The draft law proposed by the Ministry of Development aims to reduce the list of information considered a tax secret by eliminating identification data and tax liabilities. This would allow greater transparency in tax control. It also plans to publish lists of debtors and taxpayers who pay their obligations on time, promoting tax compliance. The tax authorities will provide local authorities with information on the sources of income of taxpayers, ensuring transparency in the process of property acquisition.
