Europe Holdings, part of the Greek conglomerate Intracom, has completed the acquisition of 50% of Alpha Insurance Brokers, part of Vista Bank, valued at 300,000 euros.

This strategic move aims to strengthen the group's presence in the Romanian insurance market, after obtaining a license to expand operations in Romania. Alpha Insurance Brokers will be renamed Vista-Europe Insurance Brokers, and this investment reflects the plans for organic growth and acquisitions by Europe Holdings in the next two years.
