In April 2026, the turnover in the trade of motor vehicles and motorcycles decreased by 9.5% compared to March, but increased by 1.4% compared to April 2025.

In April 2026, the turnover in the trade of motor vehicles and motorcycles recorded a decrease of 9.5% compared to March, both in raw and adjusted series, while compared to April 2025, it increased by 1.4%.


In the period from January 1 to April 30, 2026, the turnover volume increased by 0.7% compared to the same period in 2025. The decreases in April were influenced by the trade of parts and accessories for motor vehicles (-11.9%) and the activities of motor vehicle maintenance (-9.5%), although the trade of motorcycles increased by 3.5%. Compared to April 2025, the trade of motor vehicles increased by 3.3%, but the activities of motorcycle maintenance decreased by 25.9%.


In the first four months of 2026, the trade of parts and accessories for motor vehicles increased by 1.3%, while the trade of motorcycles decreased by 16.4%.
