At March 31, 2024, BRD Finance IFN SA is in the process of selling its entire loan portfolio. Management intends to cease operations and has assessed that the going concern principle is not appropriate for the preparation of the financial statements. The entity has been included in the consolidated financial statements of the group according to BRD documents.
