The merger led to a 9% increase in assets and a 13% increase in the loan portfolio. The integration was achieved in just seven months, thanks to the similarities and synergies between the two banks. Customers taken over from OTP Bank Romania will have access to an expanded ecosystem of banking solutions, a network of more than 530 branches in 350 communities across the country.
