After receiving a favorable opinion in the committees, Alexandru Nazare said that the biggest danger for Romania is being classified as a junk country, which would affect investor confidence. He stressed that ANAF should support entrepreneurs, not just focus on small businesses, leaving the big tax evaders untouched. Nazare said that Romania must get out of the excessive deficit procedure out of ambition, not obligation, by promoting fairness and real reforms.
