New Romanian citizens have been arrested in Italy, accused of forming a criminal group specialized in robberies and thefts. The investigation began after a robbery at a luxury perfume warehouse in the town of Casei Gerola, in the province of Pavia, and the carabinieri intervened simultaneously in Lombardy and the province of Latina. The group committed several thefts, including an attack on a warehouse in Pistoia and a robbery of a truck driver.

The evidence, including footage from surveillance cameras and phone interceptions, helped identify the suspects and the vehicles used. They acted according to a well-established plan, conducting detailed reconnaissance before the hits and retreating quickly. The suspects lived in the northern area of the province of Milan and frequently traveled to commit robberies. The investigation continues to verify possible links to other similar incidents.
