Meteorologists have extended the yellow warning for strong winds until Saturday morning, valid for several regions of the country, including Bucharest.

The yellow code warning for strong winds has been extended by meteorologists until Saturday morning, affecting areas such as Banat, Crișana, Maramureș, Transylvania, Oltenia, the west and center of Muntenia, Dobrogea, and mountainous regions. The wind will have temporary intensifications with speeds of 50-70 km/h, and in the mountainous area, gusts will reach 70-90 km/h, with values of 90-120 km/h at altitudes over 1700 m. Additionally, between 9 PM and Saturday at 10 AM, the Eastern Carpathians and the eastern part of the Southern Carpathians will be under warning, with wind intensifications of 70-80 km/h. In Bucharest, the weather will be slightly warmer than the seasonal average, with temporary rain and winds reaching speeds of 50-60 km/h.
