A 45-year-old woman from the town of Ianca, Braila County, was detained by the Romanian authorities at the request of the Braila police, after the Italian authorities issued a notice in her name for committing an armed robbery on Italian territory on December 22.
On December 24, the police officers from the Ianca Police identified her and presented her to the Prosecutor's Office next to the Galați Court of Appeal, where a detention order was issued for 24 hours. Subsequently, the court decided to place her under judicial control for a period of 30 days. The woman is accused of serious crimes, including organized robbery and robbery using weapons.
