Meteorologists from the National Meteorological Administration (ANM) have issued a warning valid from Tuesday morning until Thursday morning, announcing rain in most of the country, sleet and snow in the center and east of the country, and snow in the mountains.

The wind will intensify, with gusts of 50-70 km/h in Banat, Oltenia, and the southwest of Muntenia, while in mountainous areas the speed will exceed 100 km/h, causing blizzards and reduced visibility. A yellow and orange code has been issued for strong blizzards in the Southern Carpathians, where visibility will drop below 50 meters. In Bucharest, rain and possible icy conditions are expected. Temperatures will range between -3 and 7 degrees Celsius, and during Wednesday, the weather will remain variable, with chances of mixed precipitation.
