Forecasters have issued a severe weather warning for January 15-16, with snow and sleet, wind and low temperatures.

In the mentioned interval, snow and snow deposits are expected in the Apuseni Mountains and the Eastern Carpathians, as well as ice in the southern and eastern regions. The wind will intensify in the mountains, with gusts of 60-80 km/h, blowing snow. Also, daytime temperatures will be above the norms for the period.
