The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) issued on Thursday, December 4, 2025, warnings of strong winds: yellow code in several regions of the country and orange code for Caraș-Severin County.

The wind will blow with gusts between 45–55 km/h, and in the mountains, the gusts will exceed 60–80 km/h; in the mountainous area of Caraș-Severin, speeds of 90–120 km/h can even be reached. The alerts are valid between December 4 (10:00 AM) and December 6 (10:00 PM). In the Capital, the weather will remain milder than the average for the period: on Thursday, the maximum temperature will be around 12 °C, with light to moderate winds. Over the weekend, the sky will be temporarily cloudy, with possible drizzle, and the wind will have local intensifications.
