The Authority for the Digitalization of Romania (ADR) has announced that a phishing campaign targets users of the Ghișeul.ro platform, being monitored in collaboration with the National Cyber Security Directorate (DNSC). In recent days, numerous reports have been made regarding fraudulent SMS messages claiming to come from Ghișeul.ro, containing links that imitate the visual identity of the platform and aim to obtain personal and financial data.

ADR emphasizes that Ghișeul.ro does not send SMS or emails to announce payment obligations and does not request access to links for payments or data updates. Users are advised to be cautious with messages from unknown sources, to verify the sender, and to use only the official platform Ghișeul.ro. In the context of increasing online fraud attempts, digital vigilance is essential for protecting personal data.
