Following a severe storm caused by Typhoon Wipha, a boat with 53 people on board capsized in Halong Bay, Vietnam. The accident happened around 2pm on Saturday and rescue teams recovered 27 bodies, including eight children, and found 11 survivors. Halong Bay, a popular tourist destination, was hit by strong winds and heavy rainfall, and the severe weather also disrupted air transportation, with flights diverted.
