Traffic on DN 67C Transalpina will be closed on the Novaci-Rânca section on May 8 and 9, 2026, due to the 'Transalpina Challenge' competition.

The INFOTRAFIC Center of the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police has announced that road traffic on DN 67C Transalpina, between the localities of Novaci and Rânca, will be closed on May 8 and 9, 2026, for the organization of the sports car competition 'Transalpina Challenge' 2026.

On May 8, traffic will be stopped between 08:00 - 13:30 and 14:30 - 19:00, with a window of allowed traffic between 13:30 and 14:30. On the following day, May 9, the closure will take place between 08:00 - 12:30 and 13:30 - 19:00, and traffic will be allowed again between 12:30 and 13:30. This measure is necessary to ensure the safe conduct of the event, and traffic will resume according to the mentioned intervals.
