The trade union protests are aimed at the need for a budget supplement of around 2 billion lei to ensure the functioning of education by the end of the year. The minister said that he is open to dialog to find solutions in the application of the fiscal-budgetary law, and that the requests of the unions will be analyzed by the government and the coalition. For now, there are no cuts in the education budget.
