Injured people in the explosion on October 17 at a block in Rahova have been heard, accusing Distrigaz and the management company for the incident.

Following the devastating explosion in a building in Sector 5 of the Capital, which took place on October 17, 6 injured persons were heard by their lawyer. He mentioned that the administrator of the adjacent staircase was also heard. The victims pointed fingers at Distrigaz and the company responsible for managing the gas network, which is suspended by ANAF, as being responsible for the incident. Some victims have already constituted themselves as civil plaintiffs, seeking serious damages, both moral and material. Lawyer Cuculiș emphasized that people made efforts to prevent the tragedy, but did not find sufficient interest from the authorities to address the reported issues.
