In the last four years, the Sector 5 City Hall has purchased fragrance services with essential oils from MCM Creative Complex SRL, spending just over 250,000 lei. The devices used include machines of various sizes, capable of scenting large and small spaces. The supplier, owned by Cosmin Dragoș Boncea, mentioned that the City Hall is not a large client, having only 20 rented devices. The services include the installation and maintenance of the equipment.
