The Minister of Justice, Radu Marinescu, organized a working meeting with representatives of institutions in the judicial system to discuss the measures from the Government Program 2025-2028, aimed at streamlining justice. The discussions will address topics such as the digitization of the justice process, updating judicial fees, and methods for improving the activity of the courts. A main objective is to reduce the duration of trials and promote alternative solutions to relieve the courts.
