The French-speaking Court of First Instance in Brussels has set a procedural timetable in the lawsuit between Pfizer and Romania.

The trial will consist of several stages for filing of documents and later for hearings, with the first filing of documents to take place on June 20, 2024. Romania has been notified to appear before the First Chamber of the French-speaking Court of First Instance in Brussels in the case brought by Pfizer Inc, BioNTech Manufacturing GmbH, Pfizer Romania SRL.
