Although the bids for infrastructure works have been won, the lack of funds has led to significant delays. The Ministry of Transport has postponed a contract for the express road 16 between Arad and Oradea, and the works on the A7 highway, between Pașcani and Suceava, are suspended for the same financial reasons. The Pro Infrastructure Association emphasizes that the state cannot support the necessary payments and has requested a budget rectification. Due to these constraints, important projects, such as the 'Techirghiol Alternative' road, are affected, and the signing of contracts is blocked.
