The Romanian government has decided to add four companies to the initial list of 17 public enterprises that will be subject to analysis by the interministerial committee for supporting the implementation of Reform 9 (CNR9), led by Deputy Prime Minister Oana Gheorghiu. The companies included are C.N.C.A.F. Minnvest S.A., Romaero S.A., C.N.M.P.N. Remin S.A. and Avioane Craiova S.A., all from the portfolio of the Ministry of Economy.

This decision was adopted through a memorandum in Thursday's Government meeting, aimed at ensuring a unified framework for monitoring and coordinating the implementation of corporate governance principles, in accordance with the obligations assumed through the PNRR. At the beginning of December, the Government approved the first 17 companies, including TAROM and Metrorex, which will benefit from budgets approved immediately after the adoption of the state budget.
