A three-year-old child died after falling into a fountain

ISU Bacău announced on Thursday evening the intervention of military firefighters in the locality of Parincea, Bacău County, for the rescue of a three-year-old child who fell into a well approximately 22 meters deep. The intervention teams mobilized a fire truck, a rescue vehicle, and a mobile intensive care unit, as well as forces from the Bacău Fire Department. Additionally, a MULTIRISC container was brought in to support the complex rescue missions. A climber from ISU Bacău descended into the well to recover the minor. After the child was pulled from the well, the medical team performed resuscitation maneuvers, but he was declared dead at the scene.
