Salvamont Romania announced the loss on social media, highlighting the devastating power of nature.

Following this incident, the mountain rescuers will assess options to compensate for the loss and maintain the quality of first aid services. Additionally, meteorologists have issued a warning for extreme weather, valid for 11 counties, with a red code for blizzard conditions in mountainous areas, where winds will reach speeds of over 120 km/h, reducing visibility. Authorities recommend avoiding travel and taking self-protection measures for tourists.
