The National Meteorological Administration issued a weather alert and a Yellow Code for heavy rains and thunderstorms in the eastern part of the country, between September 12 and 13.

The National Meteorological Administration has warned that between September 12, 10:00 AM and September 13, 02:00 AM, there will be showers, especially in the eastern half of the country and in mountainous areas, with amounts of water that can reach 30 l/m². The Yellow Code targets northern Muntenia, southern Moldova, and southeastern Transylvania, where the showers may exceed 40 l/m². The ANM will update the warnings based on the evolution of the weather.
