The Unique Integrated Informatic System (SIUI) of CNAS is facing dysfunctions that affect the validation of medical services and the verification of insurance quality. Family doctors cannot validate consultations, and the delays in reporting to the National Health Insurance House are significant. Although the problems are technical and do not depend on the activity of the doctors, they continue to provide consultations, with the services to be reported later. The Union of Independent Family Doctors requests the intervention of the authorities for the rapid resolution of the situation and apologizes to patients for the inconveniences caused.
