The tuition-free study grants, without scholarships, are intended for the preparatory year study program of Romanian language, organized by state higher education institutions in Romania. Beneficiaries will receive study grant, dormitory subsidy, transportation facilities, covered by the budget allocated by the Ministry of Education for the academic year 2023-2024.
