In the first half of 2025, construction work increased by 5.9%, with a significant increase in capital repairs (+51.5%).

NSI data show a 5.9% increase in the volume of construction work in the first half of 2025 compared to 2024. Capital repair work increased by 51.5% and new construction by 3.6%. However, routine maintenance and repair work decreased by 8.5%. Notable increases were seen in engineering construction (+10.5%) and residential buildings (+3.1%), while nonresidential buildings saw a 0.7% decrease.
