On December 26-27, the wind will reach speeds of 40-60 km/h in the east and southeast of the country, while in the mountains, gusts will exceed 60-80 km/h, blowing the snow. Precipitation will predominantly be in the form of snow, with a layer of 5-15 cm of snow. A yellow code has been issued for intensifying winds and blizzard conditions, affecting areas in Moldova and Oltenia. Starting Saturday evening, the weather will worsen, with gusts of 90-110 km/h in the mountains. On Sunday and Monday, December 28-29, the wind will continue to intensify, with gusts of 60-80 km/h in most regions. In the mountains, the snow will be blizzard-like, and in the high areas of the Southern Carpathians and Curvature, an orange code has been issued, with gusts exceeding 110-130 km/h and extremely reduced visibility.
