ROMGAZ specified that it sent Azomureș a letter with the proposed price range for acquisition, mentioning that if this price is accepted, the parties can begin extensive negotiations. The company emphasizes that it will not accept any price and that complex transactions must be grounded according to legislation and corporate procedures. ROMGAZ remains open to dialogue with Azomureș and will inform the capital market about any future negotiations.
