State Treasury Director Ștefan Nanu announced that Romania has recently had a positive period in terms of funding, with strong demand for government securities. Fidelis issues, held in July 2025, attracted RON 681.3 million and EUR 192 million. Government securities for the general public increased significantly, reaching 31% of domestic funding, up from 5% in the past. These developments are seen as a sign of confidence in the Romanian economy, and the ASF president emphasized the positive impact on the local stock market.
