In a Facebook post, he emphasized that he firmly opposed the 10% reduction in medical staff salaries and highlighted their efforts in difficult conditions.

Rogobete mentioned that during his visits to hospitals, he observed exhausted medical staff who continue to care for patients despite the lack of resources and the high workload. He criticized the idea of reform that involves salary cuts, stating that true reform involves investments and respect for professionals. Rogobete promised that he will continue to fight for the rights of medical staff, emphasizing their importance in saving lives.
